8130 OS w/ German and Italian Language

Hello,
I have searched, but I am really confused. How can I add German and Italian language packs to my 8130?
If I need to change my OS, that's okay. I'm currently running the latest 8130 OS, which I believe is by US Celluar.

Interested in the answer to this question as I have searched high and low to figure out how to get English (UK) language options on my 8830. At the moment, I only have English (US) installed. I know OP's question regarded the Pearl but I think the answer is the same for my BB.
