So, my girlfriend got one of these Sony Ericsson S500i phones, and for some reason she isn't able to send pictures/videos. She took it to her provider and asked them about it, but they said she needs the "password" to unlock it or something. I've done some searching on here and elsewhere, but can't seem to find anything related to her problem. Anyone know how I'd go about getting the password to this? or perhaps resetting it even?

Any help would be appreciated!
