I've got a hold of two hundred-odd J2ME games (jar and jad files) that I'd like to load onto my k790a over the included cable. How do I do this? Is there a special place int he filesystem where I just drop the JAR file?

1. put them in the phone's "Other" folder using USB
2. on the phone, file manager -> other , highlight the file and press "install" , sometimes you must install the .jad file

Thanks Esto! Is this the same process for themes and patches?

You copy themes to the 'THEME' directory. This and JAVA are copied using Sonyericsson File manager.

If you are using XS++ (or FAR Manager) to install java, you can copy to tpa\preset\custom\java and you need a restart of the phone. The apps/games will then be installed automatically.

Pathes you need to flash using SETools 2 lite.

Got a question. Can you delete the JAR files after you install them, or do they have to stay on the phone?
