just switch it to the 19.99 internet plan that you would use for the Dash or anyother smartphone for tmobile. when you get the iphone, click the settings<general<network<edge and then for apn setting type: internet2.voicestream.com and then leave username and password blank and it usually takes about a hour and you'll have a fully function internet with youtube working perfectly... at least thats the settings that worked best for me.

So in order to try to get an iPhone with 1.1.3 (wich is unlockable) i would recommend going out as soon as possible to get one, because you can bet that the longer you wait you will have less chance of getting an old Firmware version phone.
