How To Pull Monster From Phone?

OK, I've pretty much given up on my endeavor to get my V3a on Verizon. Now, my mom has a V3a that has not been modified, and still has its original Alltel flash on it. How would I go about pulling the bootloader, ramloader, flash, and flex (in essence, a monster) from her phone?

It is impossible to compile a monster pack from a CDMA phone (V3a) with the tools we have available to us now. Monster flashes that we use with CDMA phones are leaked from people working for the respective providers, or saved from programs such as Motorola Software Update, or from people who leaked them from Motorola internal download sites. Sorry.
