6300 from Fido: can it be unlocked?

Hi everyone, I have a 6300 locked to Fido. I`ve recently moved to Mexico, noone seems to be able to unlock my phone. I`ve read too mcuh arround, and im afriad that my phone can`t be unlock and its just a waste of phone.
Is it possible to actually unlock this phone? could anyone help me or gide me to what i could do?

^ While there're some solutions out there to unlock some earlier BB5 generation Nokia models, but I've yet to see a 100% sure working one for 6300 - except obtaining the code from the provider.
