for cell nope.

for home phones its getting more difficult as a lot of people are privatizing their numbers :P

hahaha ya, this telus number is pissing me off. My telus contact left and went to Bell. There are sites that do it but of course they want money!
You would think that with the growing popularity of cell phones that there would be a site like Canada411 and yellowpages for mobiles...

Rogers and Fido is able to show name of cellular caller, it would be nice if someone can export that database and put it online?

It's already happening if you have your cell number in your domain's whois info heh

Funnily enough, I notice that the dudes who put their cellphone numbers in there have no idea it's being published to a public whois database... I presume it's the same for a lot of people out there...

WHat if you know the the person's name and thier cellphone number does anyone have any suggestions on how to find thier adress???

You could do a lien or PPSA search on their name... if they are financing a car or anything like that then their address information would be in the lien search - and that's a public record.. nothing mysterious about searching that way.

I used a site once which gave you a nice little map of where your adversary lives for cell numbers.

It only gave the City & State but it's still a start. You can see it here (just type the number into the search box).

it works for canada, but it only gives the location the number is based from. If you search a 905-717 number it comes up aurora ontario. Its based on number location not billing address location (thankfully)
