GPRS in Antigua with Cable and Wireless

Does anyone have any experience using GPRS in Antigua with Cable and Wireless? I have an ATT Tilt and tried activating the GPRS but it just wont connect. Naturally C&W blamed ATT saying they did something to the phone but I checked with ATT and they claim the GPRS is not altered and is open for international use. Yes my phone is unlocked and is working fine on CW except for the GPRS.
Anyone hear different? or know how to set this up?

Getting the GPRS or G3 to work in Antigua requires disabling the proxy settings put in by ATT.
