Geo's IPSF Clone = CAKE!

So I just ran Geo's IPSF Clone. Easy as pie, worked fine WITHOUT the signal.app on both 1.1.3 and 1.1.4! I personally beleive mroe users need to embrace this rather than Zibris meathod. This is permant, as long as someone bypasses activation!

Which then needs ZiPhone to do, at least for the time being.
ZiPhone is more noob-friendly, but to one his won... (yes, I left it misspelled intentionally... )

It needs signal.app so i dont know how you achieved this. do you mean you didnt actually manually run signal.app? because that should be how it is, it should run on its own when the phone boots....

I DFU restored to 1.1.4 after running IPSF on 1.1.3, then Jailbroke, and activated. For fun I erased my baseband and restored to 1.1.3, everything is fine!

Just curious as to which tutorial you used to do this.

I'm still sitting on the fence on which way to do this, ZiPhone or the IPSF clone. I know ZiPhone is obviously the quickest/easiest as any IPSF clone tutorial I've seen is pages long and involves downgrading/upgrading etc.

Every time I've made a decision I read something else that makes me re-think. Especially all these people with EDGE and WiFi problems after using ZiPhone...which could just be the organic mass at the keyboard vs the software
