This is how I did it: Using NSS I created an "ask" file and sent it to B-Freaks at http://www.b-phreaks.co.uk/ I want to say thanks to B-Phreaks for their service! with payment of €20.00 which is about $28 USD. Within several days I received an "rpl" file and used NSS to write it to my E62. It took less then 30 seconds to do it, and then less then 1 minute to unlock my phone. I tested the E62 by putting in as Vodafone, WIND, and T-Mobile SIM and I was able to make calls. Anyone with a BB5 phone should be able to use this method. Now does anyone have the generic firmware for my Nokia E62: I currently have Firmware 2.06.18.06.17 10.08.06 RM88 for the USA they can send me which can be installed using NSS? |
