I want to get BB Curve 8310 on Premier

OK so I was on the Premier website and I saw that the refurb Curve is $50 but I cant upgrade right now. Whenever I go on Premier it says that I cant upgrade my line until 12/08. So I try calling from my cell. I dial 611 and am on hold for almost 20 min. When I finally get a person on the phone they are no help at all. Anyone know how I can get the 8310 without paying the $399 list price without using Ebay?
