I am selling my iPhone as my work bought me a Curve and I just cannot keep two phones. I want to obviously keep it unlocked for the person that is purchasing it but want to delete all my personal information off of it.

What are steps that need to be taken to do this?

just restore 1.1.3 and then unlock it agian since its just one click unlock.
