I just updated my iPhone, originally OTB 1.1.1 8GB. I had it successfully running 1.1.3 before hand, no issues. I just did a restore from iTunes to 1.1.4, then restored my settings. That appeared to work, didn't notice any problems until I tried my EDGE connection. It just doesn't work, WIFI works fine, but my EDGE connection that worked on 1.1.3 is no longer working on 1.1.4. So I tried another restore, I then ziphone'ed to get it working, did a 'reset all settings'. I then input my same EDGE settings again, and nothing, no data, just fails to lookup websites, fails to update weather etc. If I use WIFI it works fine.

Suggestions? Any others experiencing similar trouble? Have any suggestions to try?

I'd suggest redoing the jailbreak from a fresh restore and use the latest ZiPhone available (2.5c, it is reported to fix signal and other unlocking issues), that might help.

Did you try powering off the phone? I had the same thing happen and that did the trick.

That is rule 1 in trouble shooting any electronics.

Put phone in DFU mode and restore in itunes. Run ziphone 2.5 again and it should work.

I had the same problem and this worked.
