my g/f asked for help fixing her T-Mobile V188 (as if I know what to do). It turns on and numbers 4 and 5 sort of work - nothing else does. This allegedly happened out of the blue - one minute the phone is working, the next it is a brick. Any help out there would be greatly appreciated.

I have a data cable and some software - moto tools, rsd lite, pst phone programmer etc .. - no idea what to do with them

Try flashing a mp to it. Has the phone been altered at all, or is it still stock?

It' a stock phone - nothing cracked on it
