Ziphone and bootloader

Well I am a newpie here, I just bought an OTB 16GB iphone with firmware v1.1.3, I unlocked, jailbreaked it using the Ziphone GUI do it all button, I guess I rushed in like a fool, I wasn't aware that this would downgrade my bootloader, I assume that my iphone bootloader is 4.6 cause I just bought it a week ago, although the serial number I have now doesn't show this.
I Have some newbie questions that I would appreciate responses from you guys:

1- Is there anyway to unlock an iphone with bootloader 4.6?
2- Is there anyway to restore my bootloader to 4.6? if not can this happen in the future? and if I restore my bootloader, can I recover my mobile to its initial state?
3- I would like to understand how the process of unlocking is done actually, and in simple words what are the main difference between bootloader 4.6 and 3.6
4- if I used refurbish button in the ziphone GUI is there anyway to restore my mobile to brand new.

My mobile is working fine but I think this are some questions that needs to be answered so that no one would rush in to unlock phone without appropriate guidance.
Thanks

You can unlock the phone with 4.6. If you downgrade the 4.6 to 3.9 there is no way to upgrade back to a 4.6 right now. You can restore your phone back to brand new but you will still have a 3.9.
