Hello!

I have a Pantech Duo and got it Nov. 30, 2007. Right now, I am regretting it because it turns itself off. I can be in middle of texting someone, calling someone, or looking at something on the phone and it turns itself off! I miss my calls, the key board isn't really stable and the camera part of it really sucks.

I've already called my services and they are sending me a replacement. I pray its not a refurbished one because I will not be happy if it is. Has anyone else had this issue?? I know its a new phone but, I can't be the only one suffering through this. Please help, thanks!

I got my phone in early November and I have not had any of the problems you have mentioned. I would assume that you must have gotten a bad apple.

I had one that did that and took it back, then the next one i get doesn't connect to the computer and wont make or receive calls so they sent me a refurbished which has dust under the screen! and all of this has been in a time period of two months....I love the phone but not liking the problems.

Well now I have the refurished one and when it slides up or down it reboots itself. Sighs, is there anything I can do for it NOT to do that? Any suggestions? I do not want to have to go through this again.
