8525 - Web browsing doesn't work, Activesync does

I have an 8525 running the official WM6 ROM (ROM version 3.62.502.3, Radio 1.54.07.00, Protocol 32.86u.7020,23H).
I have Activesync set up to my company's Exchange server, syncing every 5 minutes. It works just fine.
However, after the phone has been on for a few minutes, the web browsing stops working. AT&T support doesn't seem to care, as they have me restart the phone, then the browsing works again (for a few minutes), so as far as they're concerned, it's all good.
Obviously, this sucks. Any ideas how to get my web browsing working?
