Hey all, I've had Vonics for about 9 months now...never been very satisfied with the call quality, so I finally decided to call customer service and complain. They directed me to a website to test my connection and she abruptly said she needed to call me back. I gave my cell phone number and hung up. Now, over 1 1/2 hours later, no call back and when I call the support number I called earlier, it says the number is no longer in service. My home phone (VoIP) is dead.
I guess this is what I get for going with one of the "little guys". Anyone else that has Vonics experiencing service problems?

The service finally came back on...after about 2 1/2 hours of being out. I got an email saying the service was back up and I should follow up with my ISP about the audio issues. I've been trying since then to talk to someone. I left messages and sent emails and I'm not getting a response.
I'm going to port my number away tonight.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND VONICS for VoIP SERVICE!
They have really, really bad customer service, and the audio quality is not there.
