You need to get a data cable. You'll have to end up moving the ringtone files to the folder "audios" rather than "music" and then go through the process in bitpim of deleting your audios file, and having the phone create a new one.

Open up BitPim and click on view. Make sure there is a check next to "View Filesystem." If not, click on it to check it. Then, plug in the phone.
