MMS Delays? 2 hours from VZW??!!

My wife tried to send me a pic from her Verizon phone but it took about 2 hours for me to get it! Obviously I thought she was doing something wrong and asked to resend it but it came a few minutes after the original message came in.
I just wanted to know if this is normal or is there something up with my phone? I sent her a test picture and she got it within minutes

could be VZs issues
Never had MMS probs with cing, But sprint, even sinmple txt would be delayed

I've never had a Cinular/ATT MMS arrive less than 3 hours after being sent. Sometimes it comes the next day. I've never been able to get this problem solved.
