Just purchased a new BJ2, my first foray into smartphones and I'm looking for some advice.

Do I need to download any firmware updates? If so, how does this work?

Windows Mobile 6 - does this have auto updates like Windows XP, or do I need to constantly update?

Also, I'm having trouble viewing anything on YouTube, says the file format is not supported. All documentation I can find seems to imply that it should work for me. Anything I'm missing here?

Thanks, I'm also looking for any general advice you guys have about PDA-phone use, specifically regarding the BJ2.

1) No

2) No - but there is an option now in wm6 for windows update under settings connection. I'm not sure if it evn works. If you stay on top of things by visitng various forums, such as HoFo, MoDaCo, and others related to smartphones and the Blackjack II, if something is released you will hear about it.
