Help!How do I transfer phonebook to car???

My car gives me by bluetooth the Transfer option, but I´m not sure if the phone can send all the contacts at once??? do I have to do it one by one???

What phone are you using? If it is the Mogul I am pretty sure that you can only send one contact at a time, and then it only sends the primary, or first phone number on the list for that contact, so if you have multiple numbers for a single contact it only sends the first one so it is VERY annoying.
