Mr. Andrews:

I am writing to voice my concern and disapproval for your continued pursuit of legal actions against Howard Chui and HowardForums.com in the matter of the public posting of MobiTV's content stream. I find it deplorable that a company would make zero technical effort to secure its own IP from the public Internet, and yet would use legal efforts to silence the free speech of an entire community that has done nothing more than uncover your company's technical failings.

Unless this issue is resolved quickly and affirmatively for Howard Chui, I will never be a MobiTV customer, and I will strongly discourage all friends and colleagues from ever becoming MobiTV customers themselves.
