Pearl vs. Curve

I'm really having trouble with this one at the moment. Both seem to be great devices. The Pearl is a good size, maybe a little small but I can work with the keyboard, and a little small is less annoying than a being too large. The Curve has a better keyboard, but its pretty wide and more difficult for a student to hide. I prefer the look of the Pearl but The Curve doesn't have as much scratch-prone chrome and has better build quality overall. The OS differences aren't huge enough to play into my consideration, unless users think differently.

Is it worth the extra $50 or so for the Curve over the Pearl? Anyone with experience with these two models?

I switched from the 7290 to a pearl and so far so good. The pearl does feel a little fragile though. The Sure Type is an adjustment if you're used to Qwerty also. Otherwise the Pearl is an awesome choice.

I have the Curve and my wife has the Pearl.

We both like both phones but both prefer the curve.

The curve is slightly larger but I still am able to carry it in a pocket with no problem. I like the full keyboard better and also dont care for the feel of the pearls keys.

The wife wanted the Pearl because it was smaller but wants my Curve now, after using both.
