Hey guys, i was wondering if i buy a used sidekick lx and i currently have the sidekick 3 do i just put my sim card in the lx? or do i have to go to a t-mobile store first?

Sorry i'm not really an expert on phones haha.

You can put your sim. Then you need to call tmo and get them to add the new sk plan that will allow you to use mms. Your purchased items will not transfer over.

wait so i gotta pay an extra $20? because i already have the sidekick data plan and myfaves. so those things won't transfer over?

Also keep in mind that not all games and apps that are available for the sk3 will be available for the LX. Most of them are, but there are a few that are not.

that is correct. Anything that you downloaded onto the phone from the catalog will go bye bye, and will need to be repurchased

call up cc and have them change over the info from the person your buying it from to yours

if you call up cs and get the right person, they will credit you for your purchases
