If this phone is brand new out of the box and never been activated its 000000.but once you do a *228 and update the phones prl you then set the code to somthing different.only uscc can lookup the six digit sublock then.if your doing an esn change customer care should give you the new sublock and walk you through the programming if needed.hope this helps.
