I really tried searching for a solution on this site but can't find anything that pertains to my problem.

I installed the HTC windows rom(1.33) on my Dash, I have the SmartToolKit. Everything runs awesome, that rom is much faster than T-mo's one and am very satisfied with it.

however.

I can't send or receive picture messages, when i try to send one it stays in the out box and when I click "Send/Receive" it says "Error Synchronizing"

Any ideas?

Random question: Is there a way to re-map the Jogger not to open outlook when I thumb near the bottom?

Have you put in the MMS settings as well as the data setting to the phone? If so, was it done automatically by software on your Dash when you installed the ROM? The reason I mention the second possibility is that some of these automatic settings configurators on cooked ROMs actually mess up MMS. I had this happen to me and I had to hard reset the device and not let the device automatically configure the internet and MMS settings. I did it manually and haven't had any problems.
