Stuck Message in Outbox - delete? using p2kcmdr?

I just recently flashed my phone to the alltell flash again, after having an issue with the device itself, reflashed to verizon, took it to the store, and got a warranty replacement after they "failed to flash my phone". Anyway -

Everything on my phone works now, other than one black txt msg in my outbox that can't be opened, and attempting to delete it through the UI results in an error msg that the message is locked, yet there is no unlock option. Question is, how can I delete that msg using p2kcmdr or whatever other program? I don't have any other important saved txts. Thanks!

Do you have menu choices for master clear or master reset? (Motorola phones do. Not sure about other brands.) That might clear it, but backup your phonebook, wallpaper, ringtones, etc. before trying.

I had the same problem with stuck messages (4 that said locked) on my RazrV3m I did as royc suggested ...I backed up my info using MPT and then tried first Master reset no go so then I tried Mater Clear and that did it.
