My SE W810i keeps on shutting down.. i already had it reprogrammed.. but still they can't fixed it?.. why is that?.. My phone is just 3months old.. so it's a little bit new.. i lost my warranty card so i can't let it be change from where i bought it.. please someone help me fix my phone...

keeps shutting down??? is there a thing u do tat will make it shut down ie if u shake the phone... after the phone shuts down can u turn it bak on??

no.. if i use it.. it hangs up.. then it won't turn off.. when im not doing anything it shuts off by itself.. i can't even charge it sometimes coz it cant be read by the charger nor my usb cable to my pc..
