sidekick user name HELP!

just purchased my friends sidekick slide. i had a sidekick 2, so when i pop in my sim card her user name pops up only allowing me to sign in as her and not as MY user name. how do i remove hers, so i can log in and get my kick going?????

Call your mobile carrier, ask to speak to the Wireless Technical Service department (WTS) and they will ask you for your device's serial number to tie it to your account, then they will walk you though a bunch of steps to clear the sign-in name, reset the device, then reboot it and wala, you should be able to sign in once again
