Way to boot JB phone and keep system sounds?

Perhaps with iZphone 2.5 this doesn't happen but hard resets on my phone silences all system sounds.
I know clearing and resetting settings brings them back, but its still a pain.
A way to fix this?

Yes, restore, and re-run ZiPhone. This time don't restore all your settings. Start it as a new phone.
