Can't decide

Ok I've had my w810i for almost 2 years now and i want a new phone. With everything coming out i'm just not sure. I'm in Iowa so I don't have 3g yet but i will in a year or two. I've looked at everything and i can't decide if i should get a k790a k800i k810i or wait untill att gets the k850i and get it for like 150$.
I use probably 40megs of data a month and also around 8000 texts with 100-150 pictures a month as well. I use it for quick photos when I dont have my nikon d40 or d80 with me. I don't really care about music as my ipod deals with that. Any idea's?

the 850 seem to be the best solution or if you can wait and spend some money the experia X1, it has a full QWERTY keyboard for texting.
BTW ATT is not going to get the 850, though it can be had through other channels.
