Yet another LG Scoop question

Okay, so I finally managed to get BitPim to detect my phone after four days of going through different drivers that would work for my computer.
On Fivel's step by step instructions, it says to drag and drop the ringtones I want into the MS folder...So here's where it becomes tricky.
I download my ringtones or MP3 files or whatever, from a website called www.mobile9.com with my USB cable, then once I've found a ringtone I want I click "Download to PC", then save it to "My Computer" under the location of "Removable Disk (F: ) which then saves it to "My Audios" under the multimedia section on my phone. But the only way the computer has the option of Disk F is when my phone is set to the Mass Storage mode in my PC Connection. I dont know if this is more information thats needed, but Im just laying it out there whoever to know.
So like Fivel said, I saved the LG_mysound file onto my desktop, but whenever I try to 'drag & drop' files into either the MS folder, or the LG_mysound file, it wont go into them. Not only that, but none of the mobile9 downloads show up on my MS folder, except for a certain one(whats so special about that one? IDK) and only the ringers I've recieved through a text show up.
So...I have no idea if Im saving them in the wrong location, or if Im just not understanding something in the instructions, or what. So if ANYBODY has ANY advice, I would greatly appreciate you guidance in this situation, because this is really becoming irritating and would like to use these ringers. So once again, please help!?!?!?!?!?!

click FILESYSTEM on the left at the bottom
expand the folder
click dload
right click on lg_mysound.dat and save it to your desktop
after you save it right click lg_mysound.dat in bitpim and delete it
now click brew
click media
click lk
click ms<-(WHEN YOU GET TO THIS FOLDER, RIGHT CLICK IN THE EMPTY FOLDER AND THEN CLICK NEW FILE
BROWSE FOR YOUR RINGTONES AND CLICK ON THE ONE YOU WANT AND IT WILL TRANSFER INTO THE FOLDER.)

it isnt the fastest process but it works.

after they are done loading onto the phone, unhook USB cable from computer, power the phone off and then back on.

the items you just transferred with now be in the my audio file where they need to be to assign them for individual ringers.

Maybe you need to try new ringtones too? It worked great for my AX565, which is essentially a flip version of the scoop. Try www.mobile17.com to make your own.
