I am stuck between the N81 8GB and the N95 (not 8gb) phone to buy! I can afford either, thanks to craigslist. I want a phone with a good camera and music support. I like the N81's styling, because the N95 is not as pretty. Also I like gaming which the N81 offers but the N95 doesnt. I want an excellant camera, which the N95 has but the n81 DOESNT. Please help me which should I get? Are there 8gb microsd cards that work with the N95?

Ultimately you want a good video camera and a good music phone.
Therefore, I think you should get the N95-3, maybe you could buy a 8gb card or even a 4gb one. So that's yes 8gb cards do work with the N95.

I think the N95 does look attractive as well.

You want an excellent camera and that's one of the N95's strengths.

You like gaming well you can play many nice games on the N95.

Good music phone well maybe the N81 has the SLIGHT edge here but im not very sure since ive never used a N81.

I think the N95 is the winner here.

It has a great music player and camera.

You must adjust settings on the N81 too much to get a decent picture, IMO. Use the N95.

I do think the music sounds great on the N81, but I never used an N95 so can't help you with music on that one. But if camera is truly important, N95. Decent photos, at least in daylight. They say night support is bad.

Since the N95 covers all the areas you mentioned(it is a multi-media phone for sure), it's the winner.

ok thanks. how do you tell which N95 I'm getting from the seller (N95-3)? Is it on the battery or something?

it might be tough to find an n95-3 on craigslist. are you still on tmobile? any n95 would do since tmobile has no 3G yet. also, you may have luck soon finding an n95-3 even for sale on this forum, or other places, since the n95-4 just came out and many people will be upgrading to that from n95-3 (myself included).

but the -3 is black back, with no camera cover. it should say -3 on the box.

i got an n95-1 for $340. is that good? whats so much better about the n95-3? the battery life is pretty weak on my phone though. it lasted roughly 3-4 hours

New or used?

If it's new, it's a good price.

its used. new condition. i got the phone and charger only. no memory card.

IMHO it's not a good price then since there are no accessories (AV-out cable, headset/headset adapter, and etc) and it's an used phone.

The N95-3 is the best choice with the addition to be able to run n-gage on it and its internal gps reciver it is amazing it has the best video recording ive ever seen on a phone and it is the winner take it from me i owned a n81 8gb and i sold it for a n95-3 its possibly the best phone i ever had apart from the 8800 which is the craziest phone ever just how it looks WOW but seriously get the n95
