Took some messing around but it finally worked. If you download the driver and it still won't work, close BITPIM, unplug your phone from your comp, go to Start/Control Panel/System/Hardware/Device Manager and make sure you don't have any little yellow question marks anywhere. If you do, right click on it and click "Enable." Run BITPIM again and plug your phone back into your comp. A message should pop up saying "Found other phone" or something similar to that.
