...i got a brand new LG shine TU720 from rogers service provider. and when i download a ring tone in my phone and tried to set as ring tone,, i was shocked 
because there was no option like that then i ask the person who gave me the phone ( service provider ) he said its blocked by rogers.. so i was wondering if somebody know how to unlock this function or how to make it setting as ring tone.. any software or something please tell me..
