FW Upgrades - A Real Risk?

I've seen so many good things posted about firmware upgrades, but also so many warnings. Is it really that risky if you follow the instructions? Has anybody messed it up, and can you blag a fix from CRC/Orange?

It is not really that dangerous to upgrade a firmware but you got to be careful.Make sure that you have full power before you upgrade your phone and get the relevant softwares and please follow the guidelines properly otherwise you will crash your phone...

no problemo!One thing to note is that for any reason during flashing and your winmodo stop,don't panic.Just click on the start button on your bottom middle to begin the process again.Never ever unplug the cable!Make sure you fully charge your battery and relax.You will do fine...
