ringer problems

Hi,
I just got a new Krazer. It won't allow me to download ringers because of digital rights. I was wonsering if anyone knew how to unlock the codes applied by my carrier?

Opps, sorry my carrier is Rogers Canada and that would be for the Krazer and the new V9/V2 (same phone) motorola having the same problem on both phones.
