Currently, I'm using the LG shine from telus as my cell phone, but I've been thinking of getting a smartphone or such to keep track of my schedule and things that I have to do. So, here are my choices: either the HTC touch, the ipod touch, or the BB pearl. I already have the first generation ipod nano (which I do not carry around with me at all times), so getting an ipod touch means I would have to carry it everywhere in addition to my LG shine...which I'm not sure I want to do. In addition to a scheduler or event calender, I also text a lot and only occasionally check the web for 411 canada, movie showings or email while i'm on the road. So....any advice?

The iPod Touch isn't a PDA and doesn't really serve as one. If it's between those two choices, I'd say either the HTC Touch or the Pearl. There are better phones out there than those two for what you need, though. If you decide on the iPod Touch, I'd suggest getting a full-time PDA instead.

I probably won't decide on the ipod because I dont want to have to carry two devices around with me all the time. If there are others out there that are better, what do you suggest? I'd have to stick with stuff that telus provides...
