It is Tues, they have done this every Tues. this year pretty much. Every time it has been something like new CPU's in the MBP's, or the upgraded Mac Pros or sometimes little things. Usually comes back up in a few hours.

im really pissed off with itunes i started the update on my iphone today but because itunes is down its turned my phone into a brick because the update cant complete. so i have no iphone

Come on dude.
Itunes downloads the update completely first, then installs. Dont blame things that arent the cause. Some people should not be around electronics.

the update could not complete so my phone was bricked untill iTunes was up & running. I also rang apple to find out what was happening and they told me there was nothing they could do I would just have to wait until iTunes was working again. It came back on last night I finished my update my phone is now working. Some people should not comment when they dont know what there talking about

Maybe the issue was with iTunes communication to Apple and verifying the iPhone after the update which it does and not actually downloading the update.
Some people should not be around forums.

as i said it doesnt complete if it cant connect to itunes. there for itunes was the cause. you know what i was gonna explain it again so the people that are posting but are not really reading would understand but i cant be bothered . however i will say i was right & you were wrong

sorry for all of the neg posts on here I was trying to make people aware that if iTunes goes down whilst your doing an update then your phone will only show the iTunes symbol until it can connect to iTunes. ineffect it will brick for however long that takes. Why some people seem to make it there bussiness to jump on others & try to put them down I dont understand. Again sorry for the neg posts
