htc tytn keyboard stopped working??

is this a common problem? mine is about 3-5 weeks old and its all factory settings right from rogers, no applications added. second time today the keyboard just stopped while i was typing a txt, i can still use the rest of the functions. i powered it down and back up and it works again.

I never heard of this issue...but you can try doing a Hard reset on the phone and also check if there is any ROM update for your phone.
