razr2 V8 memory problem, please help.

Mine is the 2GB built in version from T-Mobile, and I just got it last month. Recently I notice that whenever I turn off my phone, and then later on turn it back on, the phone doesn't regconize the 2GB memory. In the File Manager section, no extended memory is found. Also in the memory section, it says that "Memory card is unavailable. Please insert memory card to view memory status." This is weird because the memory is supposed to be built in. A couple of times when I am browsing the menu, the phone will suddenly recognize the memory again. But for the past few days, I have had no luck of getting my memory back. Tonight I have been browsing the menu for over 3 hours now. I would really appreciate it if someone knows a way to fix this problem.

My personal opinion is for you to go to a T-Mobile (company owned) store or call customer service and get it replaced. You do have a one year waranty... use it when neccessary.
