Whats up guys, first post.

I just got the Razr2 v9m from Verizon, and I'm having some issues with the music player.

For headphones, I'm using the included micro-usb to 2.5mm adaptor, which is attached to a 2.5mm to 3.5mm adaptor (so i can use my regular headphones). Whenever I plug the micro-usb end into the phone, it automatically dials the voicemail. Is there a reason it does that, and is it possible to disable?

Also, I've dragged my mp3's from my itunes into the music folder on the SD card. The sound quality seems pretty weak, as well as the volume. Is that a phone issue? How can i get a better quality sounding mp3 on the phone, and a higher volume?

Any information would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
