I just purchased a HTC Touch and downloaded windows voice reconigtion the trial version. After pushing the speaker button a error message kept coming up restart speaker button. With almost no help from the website (handango) I removed the program. Is this software not copatabile with this phone or are there other software better suited for the HTC.

I also purchased the HTC touch and loaded Microsoft voice and it works except that when I use it through my scala bluetooth headset it allows me to initiate the voice command but does not register when I try to confirm the command.

you guys should try running the windows update app and see if it would update VC to a newer version. our you can go online and do a search to see which one is the latest version and see if you can install it to replace it.

both Cyberon Voice commander and MS Voice commander work great! im using CVC on my TyTN right now (it was actaully cooked into the rom i flashed it with)

No, MS has never made use of that inclusion to WM.

There are updated Voice Commander .dll's and executable that you can search for on XDA-Developers or PPCGeeks.

Plus, updated device drivers (check for newer ROMs) resolved problems of the bluetooth handsfree not being active for VC confirmation.
