WTH!!! XV6700 losing 1 hour?

Can anybody tell me why my f-ing XV-6700 keeps on dropping going back one hour?? I reset it and within a few minutes it pops back one hour!?!? I live in eastern time zone. CAN ANYBODY GIVE ME SOME ADVICE?? I'm close to throwing this thing against the wall...I recently installed SPB time?

Have you applied the time zone update?

Perhaps you just applied the apparently new release of the Verizon update for the phone but it did not include a fix in the flash for the new start od Daylight savings.

Is this a recent new development, new phone?

Can you please tell me where I can find the update for a Bell PPC 6700? I'm having the same issue.
