I have already searched this..can't find the answer--or anything close- so forgive me if you have heard this before.

Just got my bb curve. I put my old Sim in it because when I put the new one in it wasn't registered. I don't know if this is the reason for my problem, but I thought I would tell you that first in case...

Ok~ I have the bb unlimited bundle (the $50 one). I implemented my email (gmail) on the att blackberry site on my pc. The only internet icon on my bb is the media net. When I went to options and then browser it said my BIS is not connected. How in the world do I connect it???

You need to put in a new SIM, have the carrier provision the BB properly and push the service books to the device.

Crap. Ok. So when i put in the new card what do I do after that?? I don't know why I can't figure this out..

go into settings/advanced options/host routing table, press the menu button & select register device.
Hope this works for you!

Thanks guys. I have it working now. AT&T had me on a PDA plan instead of BB plan and they had the wrong phone listed. Plus I needed to activiate it all. Whoops.

Thanks for your help!
