how would this combo work out? ive seen that phones like 920sh+hypersim would unlock the phone, but you cant use camera etc. but other phones with hypersim have full functionality. how would it work out with a n905iu? thanks.

Here's proof that it will work, and I believe that no DoCoMo phones have a multimedia lock so it'll all work except for internet.

internet? as in like things like tzones for tmobile and etc? isnt that tied in with the SMS? or am i confused? but anyway thats good, the phone itself works if i put something other than a docomo card in, so i assume it doesnt have any locks.

No, internet is tied in with MMS, not SMS. So the only network functions you get are calls and text. All the media functions are unlocked, though.
