I bought an 8gb refurb from apple.com and it has many dead pixels

3 questions:

1) Can i take it to an apple store to get it replaced, if they will ??

2) How can explain to them that i found the dead pixels if i used ziphone to unlock and activate it

3) How can i access the web if i have a gophone account with medianet unlimited?

Apple has a guideline they follow regarding dead pixels. I don't know what it is on the iPhone, but one or two dead pixels is probably acceptable to them. Based on your pst, you have a bunch, so you should be fine. As for trying to unlock it, that has nothing to do with the pixels on the screen, but that doesn't mean they'll try and give you crap about unlocking it. Technically, that's breaks the warranty.
