Hi, I'm trying to use some of mp4 file as my ringtone
but I know the file is in ringtone folder but when I get
to ringtone it won't show the files.. can I use mp4 file
as ringtone? If not, what format do I need to use to
make it a ringtone(Video)

Have you tried putting it in the regular Music or Mp3 folder first?

You need to convert MP4 files to to MP3 files first. For those who owns the K850i kindly leave some feedback on my blog. I put up my Sony Ericsson K850i Review . Your feedback would be a lot of help.
