app error 523 on BB pearl

hey guys i got a app error 523 on my pearl and i was wondering where i can find the javaloader and what i need to wipe my handheld...i cannot fix this at all.....i have searched for a while now tring to d/l this program and can't find it anywhere......HELP
ALSO
desktop manager won't even load my bb so i can do a restore?!?!? wtf is going on?

If Desktop Manager is installed make sure you have the Handheld Software installed as well (In DTM go to Help -> About Desktop Manager, select Device Software tab and make sure you have some installed for your BlackBerry).
Remove Battery from BlackBerry
In DTM start Applicaiton loader, press next at welcome screen.
At Communication Port Selection plug BB in with no battery.
When port switches to USB press next.
Selection Applications you want
Press next.
Before pressing finish insert battery.
Press Finish
Leave for half an hour.
Finish
